Thank you to all members who provided submissions or comments on the proposal for the Development of a Natural Health Products Bill.
The NPNZ submission has now been formed; based on the majority view of the members as provided to NPNZ over the past few weeks. Attached is the NPNZ submission.
If you would like to put in a submission and have run out of time, the good news is that it is not too late!
The Ministry of Health has advised NPNZ that it will accept late submissions up until 28 May as long as you let the Ministry know that you will be making a late submission. To do that, email [email protected] by the end of today (May 26, 2010).
We will give you an update as soon as we have the confirmed timing for the next steps in the development of the legislation.
