Akansha Singh a Masters student at the University of Auckland has submitted a thesis which gives a valuable insight into the background to the development of the bill and comparisons of large and small companies in NZ. It provides an interesting read and in the words of the researcher: “it is unique research as it was carried out at an early stage of formation of the bill”.
