An undergraduate student at the University of Otago is seeking a research or internship opportunity in the area of food science or nutrition for the summer of 2014/15. The student has one more year of study in 2015 working towards a Bachelor of Science double major in Human Nutrition and Food Science, and a Bachelor of Applied Science major in Consumer Food Science with a Food Service Management minor. She is very passionate about food and human health and would like to further her knowledge in these areas with practical experience.
